Yoann Bernard is the International Partnerships Program Lead on the ICCT Europe team. His work focuses on real-world vehicle emissions, including remote sensing of exhaust emissions in support of The Real Urban Emissions (TRUE) Initiative. Yoann also has expertise in the European Commission’s Real Driving Emissions (RDE) regulation for light-duty vehicles type-approval. His previous professional experience involved responsibility in testing campaigns, as a calibration engineer, and product manager, working mainly on automotive and off-road applications. Yoann holds an M.Sc in Mechanical engineering from ICAM Toulouse (France) and an M.Sc in Powertrain engineering from IFP School (France).
